Hey Mech, get out and run a little for me. My body can't run anymore--and I would give a lot just to be able to feel free again like I did when I ran. Just me and the road, nobody's goals/deadlines/opinions but my own. My pace, my life, my happiness.
Just do it because you can. 
Didn't mean to guilt, I just love listening to people's running stories because I knew that joy once and hope to again someday!!!

Wishing I could run! I'm so sorry!! Growing up I promised myself I would never guilt anyone like my parents guilted me!! I am so sorry--but I really do miss it!
