I'm all tingly and numby (aren't I always?), but I'm fine. Yeah, the shot was nothing...however, when he started drilling the back of my teeth, that got to me a bit...just a constant irritation...but luckily, I got to see ESPN break down the Packers loss while getting my fillings in (double-whammo!)

Hey! I just had a cavity filled last week--only my second cavity in 38 years, not too bad, I think!
And I'll agree, the constant drilling is irritating. 
My other problem was he gave me too much novacaine!!
I couldn't feel half my tongue, mouth or face for 6 hours! 
It reminded me of that old Billy Cosby skit---I can't feeble ma libps!

Well, glad to hear you made it unscathed. I've never had a cavity, just a few root canals. Those SUCK!!
I can hardly wait for the wisdom tooth extraction coming up next year....
