That's pretty bad. I was peeved last Saturday because our a-clown neighbors were doing it at 8:00 am...even that's too early. The baby was still asleep and so were we and I was sooooo mad!!! Evil or Very Mad

I don't think it should be done before 10am....9am if you are really pushing it.
