I've been paying more attention to nutrition labels lately and honestly, the sodium content on so much is astronomical, it really is a challenge to not get it overboard.

Funny, I was having this same discussion with my father. Due to his heart conditions he has to really limit salt. Due to my own issues I have to double mine. He works so hard to limit it, I work so hard to up even with supplements.

I subscribe to that!

After I read that I checked the labels on a lot of things. Scary scary stuff, especially when you consider they want to lower the standard to 1500 mg.
