Who has been arrested for escape numerous times.
He is on work release and guess what. He escapes.
Leave it to RTPD to snatch him up with drugs in his car no less. So know he has more charges pending.
BTW it is ironic or what that he is a plumber on work relase

All minor theft charges really but he is getting provided a nice warm place to sleep tonight, the county prison.
