 Posted: 08/21/05 - 19:06 Post subject: So we arrested the daughter of the County's Top Def. Lawyer
for underage drinking. When we called him to pick her up he said, "did you yell at her and you are citing are correct." We said we were. He said "okay, the ticket is the least of her problems now."
He thanked us for how we handled ourselves and hopes his daughter learned a lesson. Daddy will not be getting her out of this one, he will allow her to learn a lesson.

Good. I hope that I've got enough balls to do the same should my daughter ever do that.
Given the amount I did that in high school and university, I'm shocked that I'm alive and that I never killed anyone. Hopefully she does learn her lesson.

I'm glad that her father is taking action. I just hope this incident does not give her a record that will follow her around the rest of her life.
We all drank as kids. And if you didn't, I drank enough for all uf us.

If she is under 18 it will be expunged. Or at least that is what used to happen. Please don't ask how I know...

My sis got busted at her prom. Half the fathers were po po. My Dad and I were supposed to go on a fishing trip. Just after we got up at about 0500, the phone rang. She was in lock up. no fishing trip.  They only filed charges against the host; but, I still havn't forgiven her.

We've told Aire jr that if he ends up in jail through his own stupidity, he can expect at least an overnighter.
I hope that I can have a spine of steel if the time comes, though.

at the most she will get a disorderly conduct and pay a 300$ plus fine. She will still be able to drive legally but I do not know if her dad will let her drive.
kids under 21 who drink lose their driving privledges in PA for 90 if convicted, that is why most of them are pled down to D/C with Max fine.
