at the most she will get a disorderly conduct and pay a 300$ plus fine. She will still be able to drive legally but I do not know if her dad will let her drive.
kids under 21 who drink lose their driving privledges in PA for 90 if convicted, that is why most of them are pled down to D/C with Max fine. |
What the heck was she doing to get disorderly? Jumping into a fountain?

I full understand the law aspect, I just don't agree. Kids are kids and unless they really do something, I think just dealing with the police is enough. especially for a first offence.
Then again, I don't have kids and I am pretty much out of the loop with this generation. The police just made us pour it out, and belive me, that hurt A LOT. True alcohol abuse.
