I noticed a pattern in periods of not being able to stay on task to my diet soda consumption. Nutrasweet has nuerological side-effects for some. In short, it was flaking me out. It's not caffeine, I did that expirament already.
It also creates a response in your system that makes you crave carbs, which I do not need trying to keep Diabetes Type II in check.
I feel better now, but the day I posted this it was like I had OD's on decongestant. I can limit it to one a day at this point, but I eventually will want to prolly cut it out altogether.
