...and says, "Hey jed, i'm eating healthy!"

He promptly puts the Wendy's salad down on the table and looks at me triumphantly.

Then the dressing falls out of the bag and i pick it up, rolling my eyes. I look on the back at the nutritional facts thinking maybe 20g of fat.

WRONG!

75 grams of fat!total

I almost fell out of my chair! How can 75 grams of fat even FIT in that small packet??! and 50 of it is saturated!

I berated him until he left the lunch room because i was shocked and upset, and later appologized. But holy crap man. Seventy five grams of fat...thats more then i take in in 4 DAYS.

Honey Mustard Dressing.

I looked up some other facts and crossrefferenced them.

Big Mac: 34 grams of fat.

I told him i'd rather see him eat a big mac then ever eat a salad from wendy's again.

but the real problem is the dressing, not the salad from wendy's

I usually get the taco supremo salad from there, skip the chips and sour cream and it's only about 400 calories total, 17g of fat (they dump a bowl of chili on the salad and you can add the salsa)

Wendy's has some of the best low fat fast food. You can get their dollar plain tater and put chili on it, no sour cream no buttah and have a great
filling lowfat meal. They also have a selection of lowfat/ff dressings.

Wendy's is usually the choice for me when I'm forced to eat fast food. However, If I'm at the mall, I really love a Chick fil-a sandwich.

Have you had their nuggets? I love those things. Forget those waffle fries and bring on the nuggets. Those rock!
