PR's are a great feeling. They help with motivation when you're feeling blah.

Isn't that like 900 mph when you convert it? Smokin' fast!

There is this 3 mile route near my house that I've been wanting to run for over a year now... well, I ran it last night... I was scared because I've been slacking for two weeks with the sore back that I've had, but it went well. I walked up the hill at the end, but other than that, I felt good and the back didn't hurt during the run.

I'm not ambitious like karlene, so I cannot give you a time!

Good for you! It's hard for me to translate km to miles, but if it was the best for you then that's great! thumbs up

4KM = 2.4 Miles

FYI, there are 1km = .6 miles or you can download a conversion program. It's free and it rocks!

that works Smile i ususally stick to the log from the polar software that comes with my HRM. It's pretty comprehensive (even for a data nerd like me)

Is this online or does it reside on your computer? when I bought my polar a few years ago, the log was terrible.
