Since I have not lived all the life I intend to live, I wouldn't say you are an oinker.

Running will kick up your metabolism. Do you have something after your run? If you wait to long, you will create a huge calorie debt (from last night and morning workout) and your body will over react by staying hungry longer.

Try having something to eat ASAP after your run. Hopefully withing an hour and max of 2 hours. I usually have a recovery drink (milk or other) and then breakfast within an hour.
