You need the down jacket.
I had to take a business trip to Eagle River, Wisconsin, a few years ago. I made sure I scheduled it in September when it was still warm there. That still involved some heavy sweaters!
I kept seeing these cute little tiny signs off the side of the roads...I found out later t hese were the snowmobile trail signs!
