Because I have my own office and my own door to go with it, I change clothes in there when I get back from running/cycling at lunch.

So yesterday I'm changing back in to my work clothes. I'm only completely nekkid for 30 seconds or so and wouldn't you know it, our engineer decides he needs to talk to me. Does he knock? No, just opened the door.

Now I've been in the locker room enough times to be comfortable with being nekkid in front of grown men, but it makes for a rather odd situation with your cow-orkers.
