Posted: 06/05/05 - 15:39 Post subject: So I'm Outside in 80 Degree Temp
Minor Rant...
Taking out a 20+ years old juniper that was beginning to die out. Wife comes out and asks if I plan to put the pieces out for the weekly brush clean up.
I ask for info from her - she responds by telling me its posted in the kitchen. Stop what I am doing, walk into the kitchen. I fail to see the schedule or any requirements possibly because I have sweat dripping into my eyes.
Go back outside, keep taking the bush apart (it took less time than I thought). Wife again comes out and asks if I had read the brush criteria. Once again I said no, but could she please do the honors. (Please note I have no idea what the wife is doing, but when I started she was reading the paper)
Wife comes back out and informs me the brush has to be tied into a bundle or in a paper leaf bag. Will be picked up Monday. She then goes off to KMart for the twine, meantime I'm stuffing bags. Bags are filled, bundle is twined. Area is raked, mowed smooth and now I have to think of a replacement...
Rant Ends - resume normal activity
