Yes, after viewing so many logs online, and trying a couple, I decided to do a really simple colorful one right in my website. I did it using the form maker, and there we go... just add in the info and away we go.
Can someone check it out and see if I left any important thing out that I might wish I had added???

What qualifies as 'cross training'? Is that bike riding? What about posting times so that in the future you can look back and track your progress?

It is interesting but I like a lot more data. I like the fact that it easy nice and easy to read though.
