That was HILARIOUS!
I disagree with the queue and smoking part - unless you're talking about northern Europe that queues up nicely. Surprisingly, there's a lot more "No Smoking" in Italy these days. 
The driving part was hysterical AND accurate! As was the bus! And the street/road signs! And the applause when the plane lands!
