Sorry for the high sap content, spring does this to me. Time to clean out the head as well as the closets, you know?
It really is the little things in life that make it, I think. The things we often miss when we're rushing out the door to work or school, already stressing about the day ahead. Today's batch for me:
the best strawberries I've had all winter for breakfast today
a peaceful commute with little radio chatter and lotsa good tunes
my freshly painted bright pink toenails that I am staring at right now
a really good hair day
finally being able to write off a toxic friend after far too long
Howzabout you? What are the little things in your life, the simple pleasures, that caught your eye today?

Finding out your mom's doc was wrong and she DOESN'T have cancer after all!!!!!!!!
PM's from some really great RiffRaff.
A phone call from another RiffRaff a couple of days ago.
A twelve year old that is growing up before my eyes.
And Freedom Fries. No matter who makes them, they always make me smile.

I was running a bit late this morning. Michael is usually up already, but was still sleeping. I was about to jump out the door, but I though I just had to see him before I leave. Got a smile, a high five, and a goodbye wave out of it.

A smile and a giggle from my 12 week old daughter this morning. Nothing else that happens today can top it.

I bet the plastic surgeons think you're a bit crazy when you come in with a nice smile on your face. I know I would.

I thought she was already dead.
Finding out that your kids are OK even when their cars aren't.
Seeing people smile at you as you ride by them on your bike on your way to work.
