Thanks, I have been lurking for the past month or so but decided I should get involved. I ran the course on Sunday and it is definately going to be a fast race.

I wish I was, but the Chateau Élan Sprint Duathlon is the next day. I hear the course is pretty flat since it's a rails-to-trails project.

Well, I will let you all know how it goes.....gonna run the course again on Sunday.....Nice place to run and no worries about breathing in exhaust fumes!!! LOL
