I think its too big, my wife thinks its too big. I think the time has come to get a smaller one. At 7.5 its just too darn big. .


























So should I refinance my mortgage?

Depends on what rate you can secure and what your refinancing costs will be. They say you need to be able to drop about 2% in order to make it worth your while.

That's WAAAY too big!

This year smaller is in. Why waste all that extra? It's not like you can ever USE it.

The 7.5 was used as a teaser rate, to keep you guys interested. My rate is much lower

I've heard the 2% rule too.

Our mortgage is at 6%, doubt we could refinance to make it worth his while.
