Hi, I'm just starting to run on a more regular basis, and I was wondering if you guys could give me any shoe recommendations. I'm probably going to a running shoe store and get fitted and everything, but I was wondering if I could get some input on some good shoes before I actually go to the store.
I'm mainly going to be running 3-5 times a week, around 4-5 miles each time. Running mainly on a track, so no need for durability.

Biggies are, spend the money on a good shoe. 80-140$ should do you. Make sure that the shoes you get are good for your type of feet! make sure your toes are not even close to touching the end etc...
Asics and New Balance are really good (not to bash any others). Let us know what you get...
