I've got an eBay auction up right now and an interested buyer wants to know if I'll ship to the UK.
Other than increased shipping costs, what else might I need to know?

Depending on what you're selling there may be restrictons. (Like liquids or gasses) Check with the USPS.
Sending via air is VERY expensive, if the person is not in a hurry then send it Space Available. (Space A is very slow)
You will have to fill out a customs declaration - very painless 5 minute effort.
