Ok, from me... Yes, a really serious question.
What is appropriate to send overseas to military people?
magazines and books i know are ok.
Food?
What? Come on, help a girl out.
What for entertainment?
Thanks

Nothing chocolate
Candy. Mr Aire's office loves sour stuff. Sour Airheads especially.
Granola Bars
Playing cards (Uno, plain, etc)
Jelly Bellies, jelly beans
If you know this person well: paperbacks, good boot socks
Hand sanitizer
Gum
Power Bars--they might miss a meal.
Paper/envelopes to write home. (You can pre address a couple as a hint )
If they took a CD player, cds. Batteries.
The new Crystal light individual serving little packets. (In the desert they get bottled water)
Beef Jerky
Trail mix with no chocolate or yogurt pieces.
It's supposed to be 100+ in Iraq this week--and mail might sit for a week or more.
I sent chips and bean dip. Very popular with Mr Aire.
Cheetos, doritos, funyuns--they sell those in plastic containers now.
Cheese nips, Gardettos.
I'll think of more. So far I've sent at least a package a week.

That's probably why he's enjoying the war.
