Remember this?

Well, I iced it a lot and took more than the label suggested dosage of advil for a week. Plus I took 3 whole days off.

While I was icing it one day, I got caught up in the last few chapters of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Anyhoo, I kinda, sorta gave myself some frostbite like blistering on the skin of the affected area.

It hurts almost worse than the original injury.

Is there anything I should do for it? Or have I done enough damage in one week?

OK, this should pretty much solidify me as the dumbest athlete at the site. I'm so proud!

Soak it in luke warm water. Don't rub the affected area.

Was the book worth it??? Razz

No really, I'm sorry to hear about this.
I know you were frustrated last week with your injury and worked hard to run again.
I hope this does not set you back for long.
