Here I was thinking that I was overtired but have since worked it out that I'm suffering from
P.S.C.D.
Post- Christmas- Stress- Disorder.
or
P.Y.A.S.
Pre- new- Year- Anxiety- Syndrome.

Post- New Year- Stress- Disorder.
or
P.C.A.S.
Pre- Christmas- Anxiety- Syndrome.
Both of which have slightly less intense symptoms.
