The first serial killer has not gone on trial yet, but there's DNA linking him to at least 5 murders in Baton Rouge.
The second has DNA linking him to 3 murders.
Sounds like a pretty safe place, doesn't it?

My friend knows one of those 5 victims, that was a horrible story.
