...but Adelphia (high speed Internet in the DC area) ROCKS!
I just got a personalized Christmas card with a $10 Starbucks card inside it from them! That's pretty good customer service if you ask me. They get 5 stars and

Cost to Diva for 12 mo of high speed internet = $720
Average consumer spends 140% of the face value of their gift card = $14
Cost to Starbucks of coffee/labor overhead for $14 worth of coffee = $2.50
That's a great deal for Adelphia and Starbucks!
