13 miles in 2 hours 9 minutes. Nice run on the towpath in the Cuyahoga Valley Natural Park. I was expecting a run in the rain, but we had a balmy 72 degree weather, even the sun came out for the last few miles!
I should have carried water, just found some at the turn-around at mile 7.
I ran with Robp, who oblingingly scaled back on his race pace and ran at my pace, which was really nice of him. We had a very nice time running together.
Since t he sun was out when we ended, the last I saw of Rob was he was thinking of heading north to get some fishing in!
Thanks, Rob, that was alot of fun today, it was great to have someone to run with!

5K 18:57, my slowest time in about a month. Needless to say, my season is done.
