Come on slackers! When am I the first to report???
5 miles in 50:42. My first run outside in a long while, especially of this length. It felt surprisingly good. I was shocked at my time, actually faster than my 5 mile run on the mill earlier this week. It was a great run, other than the last half mile the wind blowing so hard against me I was wondering if I'd make it. I sprinted the last 100 yards just to show it who's boss.
