Longest run ever for me. 26.5 miles, in 4 hours 55 minutes 12 seconds.
I'm also training for a 50K in December.

15k race.....I did a race pace test yesterday 6x 2 minutes, told my hubby that 6:22 pace appears comfy. Hubby "it's NOT suppose to be comfortable". I guess I ran in the comfort zone today.....it didn't seem "comfy" today though.

Beautiful fall day - around 60, clear skies, leaves about as colorful as they'll be this season, given how dry it was this summer.
Took a run through some of the fancier north 'burbs along the lake. 6.381 miles in :58:52.97. 9:13.67 pace - OK as this wraps up post-thon stuff. While at work, I found what may be my first race after Chicago - a 10K in two weeks. I think I need it to get me into training mode again - I don't have a scheduled race until Memphis in December.
