5K warm up
50 min of Spinervals on the trainer
4 x 1/2 mi. fast on 'mill with 5 min. kinda hard on the trainer
5K finishing run @ almost 5K pace
I'm pooped.

Well the schedule demanded a 40 min run.... I did 5.5 miles at a crappy 54.01.. Too friggin hot and humid. Felt like quitting rather early but stuck with it... I am pretty tired but happy that I was able to complete the loop. Hopefully I shall start running in the morn from next week.
