Long run: 18 miles, 2:46:41
The first 16 miles were at race pace (9 min miles) but the last two were real tough (dead legs).

9 miles LSD today (ave. 8.53) in 1:20. I was supposed to run this tomorrow, but forgot that the childcare closes early on Sunday. So, plans change accordingly. Felt good. Chafed on my right leg with my new running shorts $%@$/ . Oh, I checked my BP today...127/79. Much lower.
