5.233 miles in :43:02.00 (8:13.41). Kind of foggy here, with temps about 35-38*, which at this time of year means the roads can have a lot of black ice. Not noticed either driving or running.

20 long, friggin miles all behind me. I got it done! My very last long run like that of my training before my marathon. Not a bad run. I slowed my pace down to cover the miles. I felt like I was fueled and hydrated right. It was 79 degrees out there BTW.
I had my first runner hatah experince. Some rat b@stard drove me off the road by driving right at me in the bike lane on the 4th mile on purpose...fukcing idiot!! 
This is it and my hardest week is behind me. Time to taper. Whatever happens from this point on...happens.
15 weeks now done!
