3 miles in 28:57, I had fun booking it for the last .5 mile. Also chest, triceps and shoulders. I pooped out on abs today......

I have a race later today... it's a 2.62 (not 26.2) miler as a kick-off for registration for the 2007 Fargo Marathon... should be fun.
