LC and I ran at a forest preserve, which is more like savanna, and an adjacent highway. She cut her run short as she didn't feel good. For myself, took it slow and comfortable - 3.167 miles in :31:07.00 (9:49.52).

9 long, boring miles from hell on the TM: 1:23
Next weekend's 14 miler will be outside. I cannot endure many more runs like that again.
