4 miles 29:40
7:40
7:09
7:33
7:19
Average pace 7:25
I felt very strong on the first mile and was shocked when I looked at the watch. My breathing was great, I had good rhythm, and my stride felt nearly perfect. I was expecting around a 7 minute mile. Very humid out, 93% and 74 degrees.

27.08 miles on the bike 1:50:10
Average rate 14.75 mph
Rode the majority of this with friend. I was pretty tired anyway, no major objections to cruising at 14 mph. This is my only road ride of the week, which is pretty disappointing. I did get 2 good rides on the trails, but oh well.
Week summary: 20.1 miles running, 3 hrs 50 min mtn biking, 27.08 miles biking.

Drove 12 miles out of my way today to re-visit one of my old running routes. It was worth the drive, it felt great!! 5 miles in 42:46.
