17.6 miles at 5:30 in the morning. It was 50 degrees and 80 percent humidity. Ouch my nipples hurt!!!! My time was 2:29:20. I knew it was cool out so I planned on keeping my shirt on but I didn't realize it was that humid. Needless to say the post run shower was a little painful.

4 hours on the Mohican trail with 12 other ultra-runners. I heard our mileage vary from 6-8 miles to 20-24 miles...it got longer and longer at lunchtime, but then I got it from good authority that we ran 16 miles...whew..which was good, because I was tired.
I had a great time!!!
