Morning - first run with the club this year... 4.739 miles in :42:20.00 (8:55.89). LC got me a stopwatch for the time being - one of the inexpensive types, so while I can get splits, I wasn't keeping track of them today.
Afternoon - 50 minutes at the gym. emphasis on triceps and legs, a little ab work thrown in.
