Hello,
A little wind, a little rain, but still a nice view of the car ferries crossing the Channel.
47 min. (still no idea about the distance)

Welcome, 3SA!
Last (or it should be, anyway) long run before the Chicago Marathon. I needed to get a good run in, and I got it. 20.105 miles in 3:36:58.00. A 10:48 pace, which is good given: 1) I ate dinner too late last night and my stomach let me know early (took care of that early in the run), 2) parts of miles 15-17 were walked as I had bad gas pains (a reaction from too much liquids at 14, and 3) overdressed as it got warmer much faster than I had thought. Credit goes to LC for pushing me the last six miles or so.
All in all, I'm pleased. I needed a twenty, and I got it.

I won my morning doubles tennis match in straight sets: 7 - 5, 6 - 3.
Then 60 minutes of upper body workout in the afternoon.

12 miles: 2:00
Had to do this one on the TM. Was boring, but got the job it out of the way. Went out and bought new shoes today. The ones I had had 288 miles on them and I was sore throughout the week with them. These made a difference. My legs just felt tired the entire run.
