Hey!
I guess we're on the same schedule.
I did my last long run too.
I didn't have a time like that though.
Good luck on Jan. 9th! |
Great Job, but why on the treadmill?? hit the great outdoors, we started and it was 17 degrees out, could not have been that cold?? Great job on the mill though and mentally that is great as well to put that sort of time in.
good luck in your marathon

I know it's crazy when I say that I do my training on the TM. Once my children get older and I find a good route to run outdoors, I'll switch to training that way. Right now, it's easier for me to run indoors and make sure I get that milege in. I know that those longer runs would be a lot nicer to be outside and have better views.
One day...one day...
Believe me on the mental part. I hit 1:40 in time (10 miles) and was about to die figuring that I had another 2 hours to go ( ) What a way to work through your head to just keep your body going. Forget the absolute boredom the TM brings, just trudge on. UGH!
At least it's done. I feel good today knowing so.
