10k race, plus a little warm up and cool down. We'll round to 7 miles.

12 miles, 1:43:09, 8:36 avg pace.
When I got up it was raining but by the time I left for my run the sun was out. Made for muddy trails but a beautiful morning run along the river.

8 miles: 1.13...
This was my first LSD for me. I was supposed to not do one this weekend due to taking these BP meds...but the TM was calling out my name. I would have ran it if I had not gone to the doctor yesterday. Anyway, I felt good. My legs felt good and carried me the distance I wanted to go. Once it cools, I'll get outdoors for it.
