3 miles on the treadmill. I need to make a better effort to get outside. I'm getting treadmill stale.

2.5 miles, 28:46. Mile 1 sucked due to my feet being numb. Too cold!
The sad part is that it's not even all that cold...

I did a good ab workout. My intentions to run were stopped at about the 1/2 mile mark due to tightness in my legs. I think yesterdays little bit of speedwork did me in. Now I feel like I'm getting a cold.

1 mile, on the treadmill, in 9.36. I'm feeling really encouraged these days!

Snow and 28 - but the streets were merely wet, not slippery (did make my shoes soaked in the first mile, though).
Felt a lot tougher than the results - I think that's a good sign. Again overdressed - the heavy sweats are what makes me think I'm going slow.
5.048 miles in :43:35.93 (8:38.21 pace).

Something like 5 and a half. Two loops around Lake Harriet in Minneapolis. Apparently there was a 5k there this morning, so good thing I didn't get there earlier and get my usual parking spot, I'dve been stuck for a while. I finished my first loop (starting before the racers) around the time that the leader was coming up on me. Think he finished in around 16 minutes, but I didn't bother to look it up.
