10 mile race at 8:00am--once around the lake.
1:14:34 It was good enough for a very nice engraved silver medal for second place in my age group. (39 yrs!)

Junky run, lots of little ups-and-downs where the path comes across raised driveways - path is sort of like in a culvert. But not bad given that. 4.296 miles, :38:34.08 (8:58.66).
