4 mile walk, 1.04.58.
Saw the Mayor bike by me. He's doing a terrible job, IMHO, but he's into fitness, which is great.

This was my long run day but I was still a bit under the weather from Thursday and Friday. There was an off and on light rain/mist throughout the run and a constant light rain for the last mile so I decided to bag it and not keep going. Another week cut short by unforseen stuff. Wanted ~35 miles, got 27.

I lost my morning tennis match in 3+ hours:
6-7 (12-10), 7-6 (7-5), 6-2
Long time on the courts with a disappointing outcome. We were up 4 - 2 in the 2nd set and couldn't finish them off.

6 miles in 1 hour 11 minutes. I ran with a friend who is training for her first 1/2 marathon, so it was a nice easy pace for me. I felt great.
