21 miles in 3:08:42 for an 8:59 pace. It was foggy and humid (100%) this morning. When I left it was 53 degrees, by the time I Got back it was 63 degrees. My legs were dead for the final 2 miles.

Ran a mile today on the treadmill. No foot pain before, during, or after. Also weight trained for 30 minutes.

I was glad my knee didn't hurt either, despite slipping on the ice yesterday and landing on it resulting in a huge strawberry and goose egg.

5 miles. Windchill: -2. It's interesting running on frozen snow and ice.

5 miles in the rain. First time I've ran more than 3 miles in a row since the marathon on Halloween. I've been doing that silly "Body for Life" and I'm just not getting enough miles in...going to try doing it a little different now since I'm training for a 10 miler.
