Wasn't planning on running today but the weather was so perfect that I couldn't pass up the opportunity. 66 degrees (tying a record low for August 7th) and mostly clear skies. Just some high cirrus clouds and hot air balloons in the sky. Absolutley gorgeous weather with the sun just peeking over the trees.

Average rate 15.27 mph.
Plenty of city riding, stop and go killing my average.

5.2 miles - 53:56. I felt sluggish for the first four miles or so, but felt good at the end. Considering i was over 10 minute miles, i should feel good at the end.

19.7 mile LSD, 2:36:08. Avg HR: 136, Max: 159. A bit longer than expected but it was a good run..conditions were cool and optimal for running.
