3.844 miles in 31:05.07 (8:05.19 average).
Back to conventional mileage tomorrow. This was one fast week. I don't understand it, but I need a way to bottle it.

15 miles tonight in 2:21:22 (ave 9.25). I had a wonderful run and the weather was perfect. I started just at dusk and ran with a beautiful view of a crescent moon...a few stars to wish on...and a light breeze. Very nice and I had to settle into running for that length of time.
I love running at night so much more than in the early mornings. I'm nocturnal and used to running at night. I could feel a difference.
That's it. My week is done...ending my 8th week now.

Thanks. I'm sticking to a real plan this time. It's taking everything I've got physically, but I'm seeing the benefits. I'm getting ready to hit the meat and potatoes of it...17, 18, 20 milers, so we'll see. The week days are just as taxing with some 7/8's thrown in there. The hardest part is working it in and around the time when I have the kids. My ex has been great and has made schedule adjustments for me to do this. He wants to see my do well this time.
These long runs OUTSIDE are key...I think.
Right now...this is all I've got.
I'm doing Hal Higdon's Intermediate 1 plan. I like it.

Thanks. It means a lot.
