5.129 miles in :42:59.51. And, something that I am almost never able to do running outside.... NEGATIVE SPLITS.

8.5 miles hills workout. Which means I started up a hill, and ran up it for 2.5 miles, then turned around and ran back down to flatter land.

then weights for 30 minutes
with alot of abs
