3 miles. My flippin' watch keeps freezing or something, so I have no idea what my pace has been for the past 2 runs! Grrrr. Perhaps I should buy myself a special present of the Garmin variety...

A good run, given.
More like winter is supposed to be here, 30 with moderate NW winds. Lot of layers, so I was nice and warm (if it weren't for the wind, I'd've been too warm), if I felt weighted down. From about .1 mile to .5 mile, a rise of over 75 feet. All that taken, it felt pretty good. 4.682 miles in :41:15.72 (8:48.77 pace).
First ten-miler for 'thon training tomorrow.

7 miles. 1:10:59
First full week of completing marathon training (assuming someone gets their butt off the bike in the fitness room).
Somehow I missed week 1 (a couple days of it) because I miscounted the weeks and thought this week was week 1. It wasn't.
