I wish. It was a stifling 84 degrees with high humidity and little to no breeze for my "long" run. I initially planned on 9, but once I drove to the lakes, I was telling myself 10. I cut it short because of heat mostly, and I had plenty of miles for the week.
8.3 miles 1:11:37
7:58
8:25
8:22
8:51
8:33
8:52
9:14
8:31 (I was beat, but picked up the pace for about .4 miles to chat with a guy who was passing me.)
2:52
Average pace 8:38
My first 30+ mile week since the first week of may. Logged 33.3 miles.

8 miles on the recumbent at the gym 30:00.
10 miles on the mill 1:37. a very good run for me. Especially since I had gotten on the mill, went a 1/4 mile and felt like sh*t so I got on the bike. Felt better after that and so got back on the mill for what I thought would be just a few. Felt great, funny how that works.

I won my morning doubles tennis match: 6-2, 6-4.
Wish my college football team had done the same in the afternoon!
