No run today, I just spent 2 hours walking behind a lawn mower.

Work got boring today (MW text messaged me - which was the true highlight ), so I left early. Thought it was going to be near 80 or the lower 80s this aft. Actually it was pretty darn nice - sunny, 70*, and enough breeze to keep you from getting soaked in sweat.
4.346 miles in :36:51.00, and I know I deliberately didn't push all the way. Maybe cos of the 14-miler tomorrow. But an 8:29.2 pace is not going to be complained about.

MickeyVW and I went about 6 miles. 57:25
About a 30% hill course. Weather was absolutely fabulous: 60ish low low humidity. Simply put FANTASTIC !!
